Center PTY – Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Overview

1.1 This Refund & Replacement Policy applies to all purchases made via the CenterPTY website (centerpty.com) and mobile applications (Android and iOS).

1.2 By placing an order through CenterPTY, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

1.3 CenterPTY is a multi-vendor delivery platform and not the direct seller of any products. Products are listed, sold, and fulfilled by independent sellers/stores. CenterPTY acts only as a facilitator for order placement and delivery.

 

2. Refund Responsibility

 

2.1 Refunds, replacements, and product-related disputes must be resolved directly with the store/seller.

2.2 CenterPTY is not responsible for defective products, incorrect items, late deliveries, or unfulfilled promises by sellers.

2.3 CenterPTY may assist in coordination or pickup logistics but does not offer any guarantees regarding outcomes.

2.4 All disputes must be resolved between the buyer and the seller/store.

 

3. Eligibility for Refunds

 

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions, but approval is subject to the seller’s policies:

 

  • Defective, damaged, or expired products upon delivery
  • Non-receipt of the product
  • Product not matching its description on the CenterPTY platform

 

🛑 Note: Some product categories are non-refundable regardless of condition. See Section 6 below.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

 

 

4.1 To initiate a request, contact the seller directly through the CenterPTY platform, or contact our support at:

4.2 You must submit:

 

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photo or video evidence, if applicable
    4.3 CenterPTY will forward your complaint to the seller and may assist in communication, but the final decision rests with the seller/store.

 

5. Refund Method and Timeline

 

 

5.1 If a refund is approved by the seller and confirmed by CenterPTY:

 

  • The amount will be refunded via the original payment method
  • It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on the payment provider

 

6. Non-Refundable Items

 

 

These product types are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the seller:

 

  • Downloadable digital products or services (e.g., OCI/passport services)
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Opened or used hygiene and food items
  • Perishable items (e.g., groceries, sweets, dairy, frozen goods)
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

 

 

7. Electronics and Warranty

 

 

7.1 All electronics listed on CenterPTY are sold by independent sellers.

7.2 Customers are advised to check product warranty details in the description or by asking the seller before purchase.

7.3 If warranty is provided:

 

  • The customer must take the item to the brand’s authorized service center
  • CenterPTY does not handle repairs or accept warranty returns

 

7.4 CenterPTY does not provide technical support for electronic items.

 

 

 

 

 

8. Order Cancellations

 

 

8.1 Orders can be canceled only before confirmation or dispatch by the seller.

8.2 Once an order is prepared or shipped, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

8.3 For canceled orders, refund processing is subject to seller approval and may incur payment gateway or handling charges.

 

 

 

 

9. Return Logistics (Pickup Requests)

 

 

9.1 If a seller accepts a return, CenterPTY may assist in pickup and delivery back to the seller, if within coverage zones.

9.2 In such cases, the customer must pay return shipping charges based on item size, location, and category.

9.3 This service is subject to logistics team availability.

 

 

 

 

10. Legal Jurisdiction

 

 

10.1 This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Panama.

10.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Panama.

 

 

 

 

11. Policy Updates

 

 

11.1 CenterPTY reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time.

11.2 Any updates will be published on our website and mobile apps. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
