Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation: 1.1 Users may cancel an order on the CenterPty website (centerpty.com) or mobile applications (Android and Apple) before the product has been shipped. 1.2 To cancel an order, users must contact CenterPty via email at centerpty507@gmail.com.

2. Refund for Canceled Orders: 2.1 If an order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method. 2.2 Refunds for canceled orders may take [number of days, e.g., 7-10 days] to reflect in the user's account, depending on the payment provider.

3. Non-Cancelable Orders: 3.1 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. 3.2 Users must follow the Refund Policy for returns and refunds after receiving a shipped order.

4. Changes to Orders: 4.1 Changes to orders, including product modifications or shipping address updates, may be requested before the order is shipped. 4.2 CenterPty will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but they are not guaranteed.
